About this preview
HVAC Reception is a concept being explored, not an available product. This page sets out exactly what exists, what does not, and how the material on this site was made.
What exists
- An idea: an AI receptionist for HVAC companies, designed around structured call intake, the company’s own rules, and escalation to people for anything urgent or safety-sensitive.
- This website: a preview explaining the proposed design, plus practical resources — call-intake checklists, handoff templates, after-hours and seasonal plans, buyer guides and a glossary.
What does not exist
- No working product, phone number, app or software.
- No customers, case studies, testimonials or results.
- No prices, plans or free trials.
- No integrations with field-service, CRM or phone systems.
- No certifications, compliance approvals or guarantees.
- No launch date.
Every page describing what HVAC Reception would do is labelled proposed. If anything on the site reads as though the product exists, that is an error.
What the site will never do
- Give HVAC repair, troubleshooting or safety instructions of any kind. Safety pages on this site cover how an office designs its escalation procedure, never what a caller should do.
- Promise emergency dispatch, arrival times or bookings.
- Present another company’s claims as verified facts.
How the material was made
The resources on this site were written from a review of how HVAC answering services and AI receptionist vendors publicly describe HVAC call handling, together with keyword research about what HVAC buyers search for. The checklists and templates are original work. Where a page refers to a vendor’s description, it names the vendor, links to the page and gives the date it was read. Market data such as search volumes is not shown to visitors, and no traffic, savings or revenue figures appear anywhere on the site because we have none.
Why publish a concept
To find out whether an intake-first design is useful before building anything, and because the planning behind it — deciding what to capture on each type of call and who acts on it — is valuable to any HVAC office today, whichever answering option it uses.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sign up, get a demo or join a waitlist?
No. There is nothing to sign up for, no demo and no waitlist. The site deliberately has no forms.
Who is this site for?
Owners, office managers and dispatchers of HVAC companies — the people who decide how calls are answered and who act on them.
Can I use the checklists and templates in my own business?
Yes. They are general office-procedure guidance, written to be tool-neutral. Adapt them to your own policies; your company's written procedures always take precedence, especially for anything safety-related.
Why do some pages mention other companies?
Buyer guides describe how established vendors publicly present their HVAC offerings, with links and the date we read each page. Those are the vendors' own claims, not verified by us, and they may have changed. We do not republish competitor prices as facts.
